Anyways, it was good :) I liked very much :) The timeline didn't even seem rushed and I don't know how you managed that since usually this long of a time in two chapters feels WAY too rushed :D
The bottom line is, I like this :)

I liked the 1st chapter a lot... enough that if I had an account I would have put the story on my favorites list... however... the second chapter just ruined it.

The idea itself is good, but being crammed into 1 chapter just didn't work. Actually, if you took the ideas in both chapters and extended it- add more details, not blur the time line together with things like 'months passed' or 'years passed'- I think the whole thing could be an awesome story.

Overall though, this seems like more of an outline =/
