Wouldn't surprise me if you did bring in a Princess Form of Kousagi as Sailor Cosmos (Moon), in a later story.

Will you make a New Lives SuperS story, or are you going to skip that season to go directly to Stars?
But, if only Kousagi could transfer her powers to Ash, so he can gain a temporary Power-Up Boost as Neo Sailor Moon.
Oh well, you'll probably give him a different way to fight her. But, can't you let his Aura Guardian powers be introduced in this battle, to foreshadow a bigger role in the next "season"?

Also, I've decided to make the crossover a semi-canonical, or sub-canonical story, that follows the original timeline, but will feature major changes for future events, such as that Happosai makes Ranma become the first official Master after himself, in Musabetsu Kakuto Ryu, while Genma and Soun will get stripped of their rights to ever use the Art of Creative Indiscriminate Grappling ever again, Kuno gets kicked out of Furinkan High, and Ranma will fight Cologne for Honorary Membership of the Joketsuzoku, while bringing peace between them, the Musk, and the Pheonix Tribe.
