Wow! Your first chapter is spectacular!

I like the way that you really went into detail with the hatching and raising of Willogren. Also, and interesting plot stimulator with Will's parents being murdered by Pure Ones...like (most) of the Band and the Chaw of Chaws, he is an orphan.

I, do, however, have one question: if Willogren never heard the Legends of Ga'Hoole from Huntley, how would he know how to get to Ga'Hoole?
