My first reaction to this story is "Cool!" I love the literalness of the Ring in fulfilling its master's commands. What a wonderfully wicked story.

I'm only going to say they're all fabulous, and leave it at that. :)

These are really good. Wisely chosen key moments that give a good picture of Bilbo's development.

Hm, whatever they might say, I think they would have been rather miffed if any of the little ones had woken up and demanded a cup of water! ;-)
