As much as I would wish it, Kronos is not simply all psychopathic brawn and no brain. Methos had a good reason to fear him. Let's hope that Jarod will put his new self awareness to good use at least.

Your characters are strong, whether in character or not I wouldn't know...>.> but they draw the reader in. It doesn't matter that I know them outside this story, because it's enough.

When I read the summary and the first few lines I was expecting Methos since he usually shows up in these types of crossovers. THIS was so much better.

Very nce. I like the idea that many of the the very old successfull Immortals like Kronos and Methos are pretenders. That that is what would let them progress with the world around them rather than remaining the people they were and eventually being a bad fit with society around them.

Wow! very well written. i'm not terribly familiar with highlander, but i still recognized the characters to a certain extent (methos is the missing pretender, and krayten is one of the other horsemen, yeah?) and it fit in very smoothly with the pretender series.

this could be awesome as a one shot or a prelude! :D

I always thought Kronos was wickdely samrt... all the horsemen had to be a little bit in order to survive as long as they did...

and him being involved with Center as well as using it to find Methos was an stroke of Genius!
I loved how he figured ouot how his brother was hiding and comparing the two to pretenders was awesome!
