The story was amazing. Very insightful. It really does make sense that Raven would kill herself over a fellow bird-named kindred spirit. The motivations for the characters are very clear and logical, translated straight from the television screen into the world of fanfiction. You have a great eye for details, too. I saw the clever foreshadowing you put in about Slade: without Raven and Robin, the world's greatest and most brilliant mercenary/assassin/babypuncher has no reason to live and would have committed suicide, too, leaving Beast Boy and Cyborg free to play video games. Or commit suicide. Or whatever.

Much needed, this piece. Nice use of words such as "orbs" that have been overused to unconsciousness. And thanks for lampshading the emofest Raven suddenly becomes despite her own character. Same with Starfire.
Of all the expletives (which I have nothing against) "carrot-skinned" takes the price.
Good grief, man! What is going on in your head for you to make suicide into such comedy? Specifically Starfire's method. Or the very detailed description of Robin clutching Star's flesh-heart. I'm not sure if it's to break the already ruined moment of grief even more, or to wallow in overt goriness, but I like it.
