That bird scene was funny...good thing that they took flight instead of staying on him, could have been a bit of a mess. I love seeing Sam's maternal side going crazy, it is just too bad it is Daniel that is the target of it.

Love this story! Your exploration of events through the other character's eyes add a lovely 'feel' to your writing and make it all the more vivid. I'm looking forward to reading the next in your series *adds to author alert*.

Yay! Part two was as great, no, even better than the first part. I love this LD series.

Nice! Poor Daniel, not getting to out. And they might have had less trouble if they'd gone to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, but then there'd be less of a story. ;) Yes, there is a zoo there, yes Sam can be wrong!

better than i expected from the previous installment. i particularly liked the details and issues from Sam's POV.

I don't see the point of doing this as a series of individual fics rather than chapters, but it's not really an issue for me since I alraedy have Author Alert set from ages ago.

Good story, liked the remark about Carter's 'rampaging mothering instincts'. Are you going to have anyone other the the SG-1 members in this series, or other people around the base?
