The last one makes me feel rather sad for Will, trapped at sea because he loves Elizabeth. The Jack/Elizabeth is really well written, building up when you implying both that they are so much alike and that Will and Elizabeth have deep, underlying differences, making neither of them truly happy.

'She remembers the spokes of the wheel pressed against her back, the heat that pooled wherever he touched. Will slept soundly just one deck down.'

Now, I am really curious about how that whole turn of events came to pass, though with Jack being as suave as he is, I'm sure it wasn't that difficult. ^^

I really enjoyed reading this (like everything else you write!). You just have this unique way of stealing the reader away with your words, for I could not find myself to be able to pull away from this even to change my music. Great series of drabbles here. :) I loved them all.
