I thought you did a marvelous job with Rupert/Ripper/Rupert, especially as you portrayed his father as strong, angry, but not a monster as so many do.

I admire how the battle of will is between the two men, but decided by the matriarch. Lots of interesting thoughts about that.

It's tantalizing: I'd love to see more of his grandmother in action, and next steps for Giles at this key moment. Thanks for this.

It's an interesting idea to think that Giles' usid magick as a form of abuse, not one I've seen any other fics Thang god for Giles' grandmother.. Very interesting potrait of the Giles family.

Rather sad that this is complete. I'd kind of like to know more about Giles relationships with his family especially his grandmother.
