Ok, i got a dare for you!

I dare Timber Wolf to shave Phantom Girl comepletely bald!
She isn't allowed to use her powers, struggle, scream or any kind of escape methods, even flirting,kissing, hugging, cookies, boob bashing, boob flashing techiniques to stop him. If she does anything to stop him from shaving her head bald.
If she doesn't comply, Timber Wolf must jump in a pool filled with pirahnas (I am not sure i spelled that right...)

--(I got a side story you can add if Timber Wolf wont do it)-

"I'll do it!" Cried out a fimiliar voice.
"What the- OCS are banned dammit!" Gennie shouted, shaking her fists.
"I am not an OC, I'm real."
"Wait-WHAT?"
Phantom Girl winced in anger as she reconised the female in front of her.
"First you kissed my puppy, now you wanna shave my head? I thought you joined the PG fan club? I thought you liked me!"
Phantom Girl screamed angrily.
" Oh i do." i shrug innocently and bluntly. Pulling out from my pocket is a buzzer.
