This story i way too unappreciated.

It’s so fantastically written and so original.

It’s taking twilight and made it something else entirely unlike most AU’s.

I love the fact that there was no scenes from twilight.

This story is truly amazing.

I dearly LOVE this story. I would have loved for this to be the true Twilight story, and then you went and quoted Verlaine and stole my heart.

It was wonderful to see a conflicted, true-to-story Edward without him deepening into that deep, deep hole of angst that so many fanfics delve into. And this Bella, she knows her mind. She may be a teenager, but she's not a snotty, intolerable one - I didn't hate her, and that's always a miracle unto itself. And somehow, despite Jake maintaining the exact same maturity level as the books, I didn't dislike him here. And damn it, you wrote a great Jasper - he's my fav and I love anyone who can voice him well.

Wish you wrote more. Twilight fandom needs more good authors. They are so few and far between.

I honestly don't get this reviewing stuff. Why does one of the best written and thought out stories in this fandom only get about 100 reviews while I have started (and quickly stopped) reading others with a few thousand reviews that boast even more spelling mistakes then reviews. Whatever, this is a really great story. I enjoyed it immensely. Looking forward to the next chapter.

How to word this? I am late to your party and so thrilled to be here, Reading your words...you have a near perfect talent - you keep it real while sagely allowing each character to address their more unspoken, ethereal desires.

Your story is leaps and bounds the often mundane one might see - what a gift you have!

I read this story all in one day staying up to 2:30 in the morning to finish the last chapter. I am leaving you this review while I am more coherent. It really keeps you hooked to see how everything would be resolved. I loved the subtle changes like Rosalie going to see Charlie to spring Bella for the battle and having the heating pads and Jacob leaving after dropping her off. I just missed Edward and Seth fighting Victoria and Riley together and forging that friendship.

I loved the Bella and Edward's romance in the story, but I just wished that she had made her decision to tell Jacob when her feelings changed instead of leading him on further especially when they were beginning to be sexually involved. It still feels even in this chapter that she might have kissed Jacob back and that Edward showing up stopped that instead of Bella saying no. That is no way for Edward to live his life waiting for the other shoe to fall with Bella deciding that she wants Jacob instead. That's not romantic. It should have been a clean break and Jacob needed his own HEA, hopefully of his own choice.

I am glad that Edward did leave because I don't think Bella would have ever admitted to herself how she felt about him and chose him over Jacob without him breaking up her usual routine. I loved how Edward and Bella's confession of love were overheard by her boyfriend who appeared and flew off the handle attacking his rival. I do think that Bella's way of saying that she loved Jacob and loved Edward more was awkward both times that she said it. There should have been a smoother way to say it. I felt both guys should have questioned her resolve.

I am glad Bella was firm with Jacob about loving Edward more and choosing to be with him. I liked that he respected her decision and did not provoke further fighting with Edward out in the hospital lobby. It was refreshing to see that Charlie was happy to see Edward and was okay with Bella and him being together, even though he preferred Jacob.

I enjoyed seeing how Carlisle met Esme, but I'm looking forward to the resolution of the cliffhanger from the last chapter.

It was so sad seeing Bella walk through her life listless without Edward. I can't believe that she almost had sex with Jacob while being out of it. Sally Mallory's appearance again put an exclamation point on the pain she was feeling without Edward there. I love the surprise ending with her in their meadow. Great cliffhanger!

I like that Bella is defending not just her right to be at the meeting but the fact that the Pack can be just as dangerous as the Cullens. I am shocked by how much Bella has been hurt around Jacob and he just shrugs it off. Jacob insisting Bella ride him did come off as him pissing on what was his. She's a possession that he likes playing with sexually.

Wow! I am surprised how fast that second meeting disintegrated to a fight between the Pack and the Cullens. I love how quick that happened. I feel so bad that Jasper felt he had to leave and that Edward distanced himself because of the danger they posed to her.

I liked the birthday party and how Emmett and Rose worked around Bella not liking gifts by buying the Ferrari for Edward. That was smart. I also love that Alice and Jasper gave Bella the sheet music for her lullaby and that Edward composed and played for her. The scholarship was nice because Edward worked with Charlie to get the signatures from the companies in the community.

I am glad Edward finally told Edward about the threat that she is under with Victoria and why. It is good that Tanya's coven will help them fight. I hope Jacob sees the logic in the Cullens helping to protect Bella.

It was so funny how Sally Mallory keeps showing up like a bad penny reporting on Edward's heroic exploits. Tyler's infatuation with Alice was a nice surprise, but I love when Edward and Bella got him to drop that notion and play on his own team with Lauren. Gee, Jacob stormed in the hospital with all that fire and brimstone about Bella being hurt and then turned the flame on Edward and Carlisle. I am glad they did let them him goad them into a larger scene and that Bella stood up for the Cullens before leaving with her dad. I love that Charlie supported her statement to Jacob and her decision not to see him tonight, even if he is still deluded into his fantasy of their living happy ever after.
