This was perfect, any major fluff could have ruined the moment. I liked how you were able to hint the NaruHina while keeping the whole Team 7 theme in check, even with having Sai and Kakashi.

Whoa! Awesome! I so hope Team 7 is reunited, I miss good ol' Team 7 and Team Hebi/Hawk just annoys me, especially Karin. Team 7 has more of a history and purpose in my opinion. The first team is and always will be the best.

your portrayal of sakura is the best i've come across. i'm amazed at how you've captured the essence of her being - a beautiful spirit whose light shines even more brightly in darkness. i can almost feel her trembling hopes, her loyal strength, her loving spirit towards her friends, and... sasuke. her feelings are so palpable that it makes your heart ache, knowing that she deserves all and more.

and their (sasu) interactions are portrayed just as softly surreal and painfully real. silence speaks volumes.

Your SasuSaku one-shots are really incredible! It's truly amazing that you are able to grasp the essence of the characters so well. I like Shino here too!

I love reading between the lines in your oneshots where every subtle actions have deeper meanings - it seems fitting for ninjas to display their true feelings subtly and it is those subtle moments that caught my heart!

Reading your Sasusaku makes me believe that there's still hope for Sakura and Sasuke even in the current manga plot line. I originally believe that all hope is gone for Sasusaku - Sasuke in the manga is really not love-worthy ...

As much as I love your oneshots, I hope you will one day write more mutli-chapter stories! You got great plot line, characterization and good narrative skills. You have potential to write epic stories! I mean it!

Aww, very nice! I enjoyed this one shot a lot and was pleased to see you walk us through all the well being of the other ninja in Konoha including Team Hawk before we got to the touching bit about Sakura and Sasuke at the end.

You're spot on about Sasuke - he does tend to sacrifice himself a bit to protect his precious people. I refreshed my memory of he Haku and Zabuza fight the other day and was surprised to realise I'd forgotten that Naruto hates being protected by Sasuke and it was one of the things that drove him afterwards to get strong enough to defend himself and have Sasuke acknowledge his strength. He said: "I never asked for your protection" or something like that when he thought Sasuke was dying from all of Haku's needles. It's funny what we do and don't remember.

Anyway, nicely done all in all.

I LOVED IT! Man, you write some great fics. Long one-shots aren't normally my thing (actually one-shots period aren't normally my thing) but I really like yours. They lead to those "use your own imagination" moments. Which is fun and yet frustrating. But mostly fun. Anyways, great fic!

I had read this short story of yours a while back and just read it again... I really like the way you tell your stories.
I do wish the ending of Naruto will be the same as the way your story was told... as long as Sasuke will realize at the end that Konoha ninjas are his comrades especially Sakura & Naruto...He will fight along side with them, I'll be happy...( Not liking what's going on in Manga right now but hope these are just plots to make Naruto chapters interesting in time for the great reunion of Team 7)... Well, I can still wish & hope, its not the end yet (hehehe).
