Who would of thought that Pokemon are capable of sarcasm? I do! I also think that Pokemon are capable of many other things,like killing in self-defense and the defense of of their own kind.I'd feel that way too if someone said that to me after I nearly got myself killed.If I were in that situation I would've given them a decent reward like ice cream or chocolate or even ice cream with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, and a cherry on top!:) This the Blue Phoenix,signing off!

Quite accurate - and I very much agree with you. Gee, what are the producers trying to push -the 'working 'til you drop' ethic? That sentence always jars with me.

Indeed, the phrase does seem a bit arrogant and/or condescending. I suppose it would come down to the pokemon: how self-aware, individualistic, loyal, or ambitious each is. But I'd rather not think about that. Heaven forfend there should be a Muk with an agenda. Good show.
