I really enjoyed your story and I hope that you continue. I feel that there is so much more to tell that could have happened between Severus and Lily. I really appreciate your writing style as well. You had me captivated. I couldn't stop reading! I love this pairing and I think that you truly captured JK Rowling's style when you wrote the characters in this. I think you have a really good mix of happiness and sorrow and the plot is quite interesting. I wonder if Lily ever could have brought Severus out of the darkness (more than she already had). I love Snape's tragic love story, but at the same time, I always wonder what could have been if things were different. Keep up the excellent work!

Ugh, that last chapter was brutal. I thought this was going to be about Lily and Severus trying to figure out a way to extricate Sev from the Death Eaters in the time before he took his mark. Poor, poor Severus...what's he going to do? Poor, poor Lily...can she forgive him this latest trespass? Still, this fic is stunningly good. Probably the most realistic reunion fic I've ever read. I can't wait for an update!

This is a fantastic story. It's really well done. I love that Severus and Lily still have conflict and everything isn't just resolved in an instance. And how you portray their relationship and how Severus doesn't want to hurt her no matter what even if it means hurting himself.

Once again I find my self addicted to another of your wonderful stories. Please, with all that is divine and merciful, please update soon. I really can't wait to see what happens next. Though, the way this story is set up does make me wonder, will Lily eventually end up with James? I know it's canon and that's the way things "really happened", but canon be damned. I really want to see Lily and Sev find some way to be together.

I'm very glad that you updated again! This is one of my favourite fics and I'd love to see it finished one day. You always bring original ideas to the ff table!

Lovely. I especially love young, teenage Regulus. His fate is so sad! He's too sweet to die! Occasionally I find Marauder era fics tragic even when they are humorous and/or romantic, as I know what fates will befall the characters, and this is particularly true in this case as the characters are so vivid. So far, nothing is incredibly AU- it all 'could' have happened and fate could still take the same course. Please let something very uncanon happen so that suspense and hope can enter my mind.
You write far too well for this to be an angsty star-crossed summer romance fic. Please make it an AU epic.

This story is lovely - achingly sad - but lovely

Poor Severus--yes, love is indeed a virus, and in his we all know it's going to prove fatal. In a way, it's a pity--few people have reaped so little for so much love than he did.

Regulus is going to keep quiet; but he'll end up dying of the same disease. But of course, that's what Slytherins who fight for the Light do, isn't it?

Good chapter, shows how much Severus still loves Lily, no matter what he's been stupid enough to do.

Nice to see this continued. Are most of these stories all in the same "universe"? Or are the universes just similar, but not necessarily the same?
