Very much loved this. It all seemed very in character for everyone. It's sad and exciting to see Sam and Jack still having to practice restraint around each other in public!

To me, Sam has always been part of SG-1, and I can not picture her anywhere but home. Nice scene with the team trying to cheer her up, and then Daniel talking to her.

That just makes go aw! I think it's cute how Jack and Sam are always there for each other.

Very cool! I didn't like the way Sam was informed right there in the gateroom, it was so unprofessional and the way you wrote this story it really helps put things right. It's so typical of Woolsey to be a insensitive jerk but Landry wouldn't allow it to be the last word. Nice tie in to Jack's torture with Baal in Abyss and the Continuum storyline :-)

Nice job! This needed to be written. All the explanations were well laid out and Sam's reaction very much in character. Bittersweet and perfect.

A great fic rachel. It bridges the two episodes perfectly and i love seeing sam pissesd, and her friends surrounding her, and without the OTT histerics that some have dreamed up. she may have gotten screwed over, but she's still sam

*happy sigh* please never stop writing :) this was lovely. From Sam's rabbit hole disbelief, Jack's angry reaction to learning Woolsey had let the decision slip in the middle of the 'gate room, the recorded message to Atlantis, Daniel's oh so very Daniel-y conversation in the car, and finally the intimate and heartwarming scene as Jack and Sam reunite on their roof, this was wonderful. When you write those two as a couple, they fit so well, I occasionally find myself forgetting that your stories aren't part of the canon. *fangirls you*
