I think I understand now, at first I thought it would be better to make Lois take a little longer to realize her feeling. but if you put it this way, I can't really complain anymore

although, there is something I need to ask just to make a clarification. when Supes/Clark subdue the terrorists did he still use his reporter attire or he already use his uniform? 'cos I think in the state she's in, she will need more time to realize that Clark is Supes if he already use his uniform. at least until they are safely away in the car or something.

regardless, I like this chapter, a lot. :)

Unless you tell Lois- like Clark did in an episode where she asked how some "smalltown yolkle" was suddenly getting all the hot stories in town. She was too stupid to believe his explanation, of course.

C:"Well, Lois, the truth is, I'm really Superman in disguise. I only pretend to be a journalist in order to hear about disasters as they happen and squeeze you out of the byline"

L:"...You're a sick man, Kent." (Lois walks away)

C(smiles as he's leaning back in his chair): "You asked."

Wow, this is such an AMAZING story! You do such an excellent job at portraying out each character feels about their lover. You defintely didn't push Clark and Lois too hard. Hope you update soon.

Wonderful job with SM/LL (or Clois as I apparently put in my last review, I guess I forgot which forum I was replying to)! You definitely met my standards with Lois denying her feelings at first then realizing that she was in denial. And yes, I'm a sucker for happy endings too, so I basically melted at the end of this chapter. Although, I would love to see Jimmy and the rest of the bullpen's reaction that Lois and Clark are together. And for Bruce, I agree with everything you said about him and that is was nice to finally see the Bats in a successful relationship with Diana. Anyways, can't wait for the next chapter. Although, I wish this fic would be longer, but as you said, there is not much left.

YEY! About your reply I am totally in agreement. Who puts Supermann and Wonder Woman together? They're like brother and sister and way too much optimism about the world in one relationship. Opposites attract! But about your third chapter, I adored it, especially Lois' thoughts at the beginning. As much as I usually don't like reading Lois/Clark stuff I've always had a great respect for Lois (at least in the old Superman movies and Smallville, like you I don't watch much of the cartoons or read the comics). Critically speaking though I thought she figured out Clarks identity rather quickly and it was a bit confusing, at least for me. But overall, totally amazing and I can't wait for Bruce's chapter.

A very well written story, one of which delievers without drag to anything else but the main point. Most impressive and effective writing. I will admit to being envious of such fine writing talents. Excellent work!

All right, chapter two! And here, as promised, is a coherent review. :D

This chapter didn't turn me into a frenzied, frothing fangirl like the previous chapter, but that's definitely not a bad thing. I appreciate the romantic sweetness and closeness and the _authenticness_ of Bruce and Diana's realtionship here- just lounging around and cuddling, taking an all too human break in the middle of their busy day and having a serious converstaion. Their dialogue felt natural and in-character, and this line in particular was a good one for helping me understand them:

"He was so important to her for so many reasons, and he found a way of dismissing all of her ways of letting him know it." (aww!)

In this chapter, I'm completely convinced that Bruce and Diana are in love and that their relationship isn't a disaster. So, good job!

Now then, about Bruce/Lois: yay! I loved how you've dealt with that topic, as I love how Bruce so _expertly_ deals with Diana's jealousy. It seems to me that you and I are on pretty much the same page when it comes to Bruce and Lois's little fling, and I think that's awesome.

And hurray for Diana convincing Bruce that he needs to be nicer to Clark! Poor Clark's “Sorry, I’ll do better next time” at the start of the chapter was absolutely heartbreaking!

And now I'm reminded of the sheer TORTURE of the first chapter... ARGH! ! You HAVE to give this story a happy ending for Clark and Lois! ! It's downright CRUEL of you to have Bruce and Diana so snuggly and lovey-dovey and Bruce even _apologizing_ to her and their relationship being so perfect and soothing while poor Clark gets the boot from Lois GYAAH! ! ! ! *inner fangirl escapes and runs amuck*
