I love the way you have the child and Griffith interact. Tense and interesting. Griffith knows he can't really escape the child, but still chooses (more or less) to interact with him. It's an interesting wrinkle in his smooth, god facade. I like how you depict him viewing his young self--that sneering disregard for his previous human perceptions. "Illogical idiocy"--nice touch there. Thanks for sharing this. It was fascinating.
