Favourite part. This was wonderful. Love is love. Imprinting is imprinting. One is given freely and the other is forced. You tell me which is better.

Sam's conflicted feelings are so believeable and I can't lie, I don't really feel sorry for Emily here, but I love how you describe Sam's emotions. (Not an easy thing to do when he's asleep)

wow, that is very dark...but thought provoking. I had never really explored that particular relationship.

I really liked this one-shot, the fact that there are so little stories concerning Leah and the love triangle between her, Sam and Emily and everthing that happened with this, annoys me so much. Does anyone have any good stories about Leah or something to recommend ? :)

I like the way you write, and I hope you will write more stories about these characters.

Great job. You portrayed the mixed emotions really well. Emily loves Sam, but she just can't get over the fact that he dreams of Leah, that he has no choice but to love Emily. Sam still loves Leah, deep down. I think it's really true to character that Leah 'died' the way she did. It killed her that Sam had to imprint on Emily and not Leah. In all honesty, I think that she probably couldn't take it anymore and made it look like an accident (kind of how Jacob threatened to in Eclipse). As for writing a full-blown fanfic, I agree that it would be really sad no matter how you write it. But, I think you could do one or two one-shots like this one from Sam, Emily and Leah's points of view. You might do Sam's dream, or just a reflection on how he feels. You might do Leah's account of her death (I'm curious as to what vampires were involved) or a more far-fetched reflection of her watching Sam and Emily from the afterlife or something like that. Anyways, you did a wonderful job.
