Love this fic! Lol, this chapter reminded me of the 731 forum where it was posted that Tom Cruise refused to shower to "be in character" for the movie. Sigh...so crazy...

I really enjoyed this chapter. I like the comprasion that Sodapop makes between Darry and Ponyboy's realtionship with Steve and Carol's.If he did have a sibling I could him being'Darry-ish'.I also like how this is a sister fic but it's centered around Steve instead of Carol. She has prence in the chapters but it's not' Carol's world' . I hope to see more from you soon , Pretty please?

Awesome chapter! I really liked the Steve-Evie interaction, it was really cute. I see them as having one of the more stable relationships in the book, so I always like it when I come across a fic that has them being all couple-y.

'And, of course, Carol would agree with everything he said as long as it got her what she wanted later.' Ouch. If I was Steve, I think that would really bother me, too. I can totally understand where he's coming from.

Anyway, great chapter, I'm looking forward to the next one!

I really enjoyed this chapter. It's typical sibling behavior. Steve while over protective and prental still acts 'brotherly' over her . Like wanting to make her cry. Nice.I like that he's not so mushy with her if you know what I mean. I hope you udpate soon!

I love seeing Evie pop up. I also love that she's got a more levelheaded view of Carol and the party than Steve does lol.

I also like that Steve has these black moods. I definitely see him as a totally moody guy, and once he's in the mood it's hard to knock him out. His thoughts about his dad and sister are really interesting ... like I said in my previous review, a girl in his family definitely changes the dynamic with his father, and I can see Steve resenting her because she doesn't get treated the same as he does by him.

I think that this is a really good story and that you should keep it up. :)

I really , really,Really like this.lol. The way you potray Steve is realstic for me I see him having anger problems and it's typical sibling behavor to try and push the to their boiling points. I think it's a good idea that Steve is the 'Parental figure' in the realtionship. I hope you continue you this . I don't think I should give you any characterization advice for Steve because i've never written him and I feel that characterization isn't my strong suite.

I like the dynamic between Steve and Carol; it's interesting to see him take on more of an authoritative role with her. I also like that she has her own friends whether Steve likes them or not and isn't just another tag along with the gang. I look forward to seeing where you take it from here.

Very nice! I like how you set up the scene and then jumped us into the middle of the conversation. I thought it worked really well.

Lots of tension there between them. It's a good setup for all kinds of things. I'm looking forward to seeing how things go between them as Carol pushes and Steve pulls, lol. Great sibling relationship portrayal there.

Oh, and I loved Soda's reaction to their exchange, especially how he watches them warily as they're staring at each other, like he's afraid they're going to leap at each other and start fighting. Nice image, it was funny :).
