I cannot explicate how well you managed to keep everyone PERFECTLY in character. Kudos to you for handling such a difficult person like Dr. Cox; the way you portrayed him was right on the mark, clearly showing care for JD but not in a gooey way. You are a wonderful writer, and your tone stayed true to the show throughout. I loved the bobble hat!

Awesome story. I loved how it ended; those last few lines were spot-on! And the mothering, and the affection, and Cox's inability to maintain his professionalism in front of the paramedics - perfect!! Loved it, hope you keep on writing!!

I love this story!! It's totally in character, and adorable. Plus, it has the "Dr. Cox taking care of JD" thing that I just love. :) And you write so well that I was honestly feeling very cold while reading about the blizzard. xD

Also, your dialouge is very snappy and Scrubs-like. :)

I especially loved the part with motherhen!Carla... and, of course, JD finally getting the hug was wonderful.

Wonderful story! You nailed Dr. Cox's POV, and I loved how you managed to show his affection for JD without making him seem overly sentimental. The ending was perfect and made me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. JD finally got his hug, and Dr. Cox finally admitted he could never live without him (Perry, you big softy!). I've added this to my favorites. :D
