Gravity Fair 2009-11-01 . chapter 4I really enjoyed reading the chapters of this story thus far, but I have a concern... You created this fic over a year ago and well... ONLY 4 CHAPTERS IN A YEAR??! Oh goodness that worries me. Haha. I'm afraid I'll have to wait MONTHS before another chapter comes! No! Hahaha. Alright, I'm adding you to my alerts. :]

MissMelysse 2009-10-15 . chapter 4Carol Anne - I can't reply directly to you, but thank you for the reviews/comments, and of course, just for reading.
Expect a new chapter around Halloween. |
January in June 2009-10-15 . chapter 4Absolutely delicious. I can't wait to read more, this is definitely going in my favorites. Love it, keep writing! |
When [it] Falls 2009-10-14 . chapter 4 Ooh, nice chapter! Keep up the good work; this is one of the actually good stories for this fandom!
I look forward to the next chapter! |
Anna McNarin 2009-10-11 . chapter 4Great use of Monty Python. xD I'd half expect him to continue on about swallows on other planets too. And cause I'm a total geek and bothered to look, on Wil Wheaton's imdb page he himself says he was such a geek as a teen that if he could go back in time he'd kick his own a**. |
bookfan87 2009-10-10 . chapter 4Glad to find this new installment posted. I can see where Data's "willing[ness] to answer any question" could wind up being the precursor for some /rather interesting/ verbal exchanges between himself and Zoe later on in the story...*heh-heh* ;) Still following along -- please update again soon. |
Carole Ann 2009-10-08 . chapter 4Another good chapter. Especially liked the Monty Python reference although it took me a second to get it XD It's been awhile since I've watched that movie...
I don't think I'd wear Guinan's hats either...not really my taste! LOL
Looking forward to the next chapter and adding this to my story alerts. |
Carole Ann 2009-10-08 . chapter 3Another fun chapter, yay! I always liked it when the classes were larger...less of a chance of having to go the chalkboard and do problems, heh.
I feel sorry for Dana not being allowed in Ten-Forward...its not like its a place full of booze hounds and debauchery!
My favorite line from this chapter: "I didn't know who Commander LaForge was but I did know that this lunch was sounding more like a geek convention." |
Carole Ann 2009-10-08 . chapter 2The pacing of the story is really great...I just wish there was more to read in each chapter! LOL
I'm glad that Zoe doesn't fall head over heels for Data the first time she lays eyes on him.
And those gray jumpsuits Wes wore were horrible weren't they? Hahaha |
Carole Ann 2009-10-08 . chapter 1I like your character Zoe so far. I can remember a time when I was 15 and being shy like that =D.
My favorite line from this chapter is: "Is an intra-ship communication acceptable, or do I need to replicate stationery and use actual ink?" Made me laugh out loud XD. |
Kiron 2009-10-07 . chapter 4Really good chapter. I really like your story a lot. Please write more |
Peter Rabid 2009-09-30 . chapter 4Oh God I love that Python bit! And Data knows it! Awesome! |
bluecatdevil 2009-09-29 . chapter 4Wow...where did u come from? I honestly forgot about this one. Haha trust data to probably know the 'airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow' from both species no doubt. Update faster next time ;) *cracks whip* |
 Scarlet-Black-Rose 2009-09-26 . chapter 3i hope you update soon :) |
bookfan87 2009-09-16 . chapter 3I really like this story. You obviously have a knack for writing, and I agree with the previous observations made by Chuckney, Javanyet, AZ1087653 and Morgan. I, too, can "hear" the quotation marks in Data's voice, similar to Worf's characteristic pause before certain words or phrases; and it really helps to bring realism to your story. Wesley and Data are both in character, and you've done an *Excellent* job so far of communicating Zoe's and her mother's personalities through their thoughts, appearances, actions and gestures. You've also struck a good balance between dialogue, introspection (of first person character) and description that holds your readers' attention and makes us want to find out more! =) Please continue. |
