Youch! A great story, it hits where it counts. I don't remember if Shinji ever held Misato's cross in the movie or if that's your addition, but it's well written. Regarding the kiss though... I'm not sure about her relationship with Shinji to justify her thoughts as you written them. Actually, I'm not sure of anyone's elses relationship to anyone in NGE... there's always a current of something more just beneath the surface. The vagueness of responsiblities, relationships and emotions are some of the things that attact me to NGE, and you've touched them nicely. Good job, and keep on writing!

I've not seen EoE, but all I can say about this is - WOW. It's very thought provoking and pulls at the heartstrings - a tragically beautiful fic.

Wow, man. This was reaslly something else. Not only were the charecters dead on, but it was realistically and smoothly executed. A sequel maybe? Pehaps Ritsuko's last moments? Or Evan Rei's? Good work
