There's something I don't quite get here. If there's a battle going on why is Hermione running away from it? Surely that's the wromg direction? Malfoy I can understand, he's always been a coward. But no matter how disillusioned about the war, or how scared she was for her personal safety, Hermione would never abandon her friends and comrades to save her own skin. This is just too OOC for me

Interessant, mais un peu bizarre. Nope, not keeping with the canon. Hermione seems vaguely irritating. BUT, I like it. There are some very good bits (the end of the chapter). Your descriptions of their emotions are very well done and keep the reader involved in the story. The characters are fairly clever for the most part. Good job!

I really liked this. It wasn't mindless smut; there was a backstory that made sense, and it was nice to see a fic where they don't fall madly in love just because they're trapped together for a little while. Very cleverly done.
