It's a shame such an excellent story has been abandoned, but I'm sure you have your reasons. This was an excellent read, and I appreciate you leaving it up despite having abandoned it. I hope one day you might take this story up again... it would be a pleasant surprise, I'm sure.

I have an issue with the "naruto is a civilian" bit.
He's a jinchuuriki, meaning even untrained he has the potential to cause massive amounts of damage if triggered.
(Proof can be seen in how easy he defeated haku in the wave arc, with not even a single tails worth and absolutely no training in using youkii)
By that fact, should that happen he would be a danger to konoha, and as a potential danger he immediately falls under ninja control.

Ill still be reading as its just something minor, but I felt like I had to comment on it

I like how u put how he loved ramen. I've read a lot of storie!s and they usually have Naruto liking taken cud it's cheap and he's poor! Nice idea
