EXTREMELY well written. I do appreciate how well you kept everyone in character and the realism of it all. I love it so far!

I feel like you captured Rex's character very well. He's very diabolical in his planning and taking advantage of someone so vulnerable just seems like something he would do. It surprised me when Yuugi came in at the end of it, but even that fits the story well. Great job!

This is the first JackxGodwin fic I've stumbled across, and I love it so far!

First off, I love your writing style. Everything flows so smoothly that even Yuugi's unexpected presence seemed...right. (On an unrelated note, I do hope that some of the older characters appear in the actual series.) In particular, you really expanded on Jack's history, and it's very believable. Good job!

I read through it a second time, and I recorded a few things that I thought might be wrong. I hope you don't mind.

He whimpered weakly as one of the doctors placed an IV. - placed is an odd sort of word to use here - how about inserted?

He lowered his hand to the boy's head and petted his soft hair until he relaxed enough to stop making those dreadful noises. - you refer to both Jack and Godwin as "he" in this sentence, making it a bit unclear

He smiled widely, straightened his cloths and pulled out his handkerchief to wipe his mouth. - "cloths" should be "clothes" (I think)

With that done, he turned on his heal and made his exit, passing a shocked nurse on the way out. - it should be "he turned on his heel"

Once again, great story. I'm definetly watching it. I especially want to know what's going on with Yugi... very mysterious.

Jack is so cute and vulnerable in this, even more than in Memento Vivere. I'm guessing this is a year or two after the events of MV, since Rally-tachi wasn't in that.

This would explain a lot about why Jack's so subservient to Godwin. And how Yuusei's D-Wheel broke. Is this going to be a multi-chapter fic? It feels like it could be...

Either way, I really like your writing style and your 5Ds fics. I'm going to be following you from now on. ^_^
