Hi! This was great, really well-written (of course!) and very prophetic and funny. I know it's been awhile since you've written anything about Penny, but I was intrigued by something you mentioned in the last chapter of "Ok, NOW Panic" and I was wondering if I could persuade you to write it out in more detail. The bit I'm talking about is the huge fight between Penny and Halladan where he ends up living with the horses for a week and then comes back in to find out Penny is pregnant. I know that you would write it well and it would be just hysterical! If you don't have time or aren't interested, no worries, I totally understand, but I just wanted to let you know that I would be very interested in hearing more about that. As always, you are awesome.

Yes. I do spell her name that way. It's the only way to keep her separate from my little sister, who is ALSO named Penny. And is five years old.

Upon reading of the final chapter a funny thought has been dwelling as to what Halladan made of Penny's 'supported blouses'... but I suppose that's best left to imagination. ;)

What a sweet little prelude! No wonder Halbarad was less than patient with Penny in those first few hours of their acquaintance, he must have been thinking "Oh no! Not another one!"

Nice start. The dialogue is lovely, and you've trailed a tantalising little mystery in front your readers.

I thought you'd have had a little rest after "Okay! Now Panic" before launching into a new story. I wish I had your energy as an author!
