I love seeing Jenny. She was a field agent (Gibbs and Tony's style), with a sharp political mind. So not like Toothpick, who is McGee style with the political side (well, sort of). You wrote her really well, and I loved (it was so cool!) seeing her "asking" for the BlackHawk. Subtle. hauhsaush

I can't really imagine the pain Tony must've been through. But Palmer was there to save the day! My three favorite NCIS characters of all times, Tony, Palmer and McGee (in this order, mostly)... Palmer should've a bigger role, I think. Like you said in the reply of my other review, Palmer is a great comic relief (I will always remember one of Palmer's first scenes... He had a cold, and was in the shower, and the door bell rang, and he was late... haushaushaushaushuash), and I think he'll make a perfect Ducky for our Tony someday. =DD

The characters stayed in character. (well save a few words that Gibbs said but for the most part good job.) I always find fanfic with decent character mannerism hard to find and you did a very good job.
Also those little scenes that give the shippers something to squee about. (Tiva and Mcabby? XD) You really are my hero.
And last but not least thank you again for letting the geeks be the hero. GEEKS RULE!

I did indeed enjoy reading it! :) I just read it all this evening, and I am impressed. As far as the plot is concerned; amazing. I liked the whole idea of it, and your medical knowledge was very well written. I am no doctor either, but I didn't see any problems with it!

And the I loved the Palmer and McGee hospital scene at the end. Where they made their confessions to Tony while he was unconcious! And the last scene - where else would Gibbs be?

This story was excellent. Although predictable in some places (bridge washing out, helo's having to wait, etc.) it was still and excellent story. I think you did a very good job in getting down the characters personalities, except maybe Ziva, but I find a lot of people have a hard time getting really true with her. The story moved smoothly and was just right with descriptions while explaining Tony's condition.

That was one of the best NCIS stories I have ever read - and I have read a LOT. Your depiction of TOny deliriously talking about, or saying things to his Father were so in character - same with Gibbs and his thinking Tony was talking to him. You had excitement, drama and humor and pegged each character perfectly! Nice job!

I really liked this story. I thought the character relationships worked really well and I thought you used Jimmy and McGee very well - not often that they are portrayed as the heroes. The humour was very good and the story was overall very suspenseful. Thank you.

Oh wow, that was awesome. I loved it, loved every damn second of it. The suspense kept me at the edge of my seat, and all the medical terms and procedures left me damned impress. If you didn't mention that you didn't have any medical knowledge except for what you've gained knowledge of as a patient, I wouldn't have known the damned difference. Actually, I'm still kind of dubious in believing that because it all seemed so real. *grin*
Anyway, like mentioned, I absolutely loved this fic. I only wished that it was even longer so I could have read more. ^__^

Great job! I really liked this story. Palmer (and McGee) did an excellent job of removing Tony's appendix, especially with limited supplies and such. I think you did a great job of writing all of the characters. Keep writing!
