Holy crap! Beautiful is the wrong word to use here, but, eh...This was beautiful. The end, especially. It's haunting to imagine Vincent still seeking that treatment, and Cid being forced to give it to him for fear of losing him.
I love the way Yazoo took care of him, being the lesser of the three evils. And that line about "Seph's elegance shining through" was pretty friggen awesome, as well. I spent the whole times wanted to murder Loz and Kadaj, which while NOT unsuaul, certainly says that you succeeding in drawing emotion!
This whole thing was dark, haunting,and gorgeous. This is how Vincent should be in bed, you're right XD not like...well, you know. :D

Ah!! It makes me feel so sorry for Vinny!! Its well written and it achieved its dark charisma you were aiming for. I liked it.
