Wow, that was really good. Your Ryan was perfect. And I loved the mention of the Netflix scene because that's the first time I thought that maybe Ryan and Kelly could actually work.

Oh wow, I'm not a Kelly/Ryan fan, generally, but I really liked this. It was really a sympathetic portrayal of Ryan, which is impressive, because he's a jerk (although I started to see how they actually work together after watching the deleted scenes from A Benihana Christmas - which, if you haven't seen already, you should watch).

Bravo. Love the voice, love the tone. Also love the conflicted disdain and familiarity and attraction he has for Kelly. Sometimes people write like he hated her, but he really didn't. But it wasn't love.

Anyway, job very well done. Love it. Adding to my favorites.

I gave a lot of sad smiles when I read this. You got the whole 'take the edge off' thing really, I could sense Ryan going through some with drawl. God, this was awesome.

I love it to death. The way you write Ryan is perfect. The stream of consciousness style of his thoughts is brilliant for someone going through withdrawal. Also, I loved the line about something to take the edge off meaning a bag of Doritos. Doritos are totally my anti-drug. Excellent, as usual.

awesome- i love your office fics! you really capture the voices of the characters, and Ryan is terrific here- perfectly placed 'likes', and everything just seemed exactly what he would be thinking. love the title and the whole anecdote with kelly and the cds, so wonderfully original and in-character and Ryan's thoughts on being in jail and what taking the edge off used to be are seem unbelievably dead-on. great job, thanks for the read :D

I really liked this. You don't hear much from Ryan. He hated her but was still always in the background, making out with her. So I imagine that there was a reason.

Good voice, good plot, etc...
