So much love for this fic. This is the second time I'm reading it, and it's still awesome.

I've got to say, this is honestly the best FFXII fic I've ever read. Seriously.

I love Penelo, and normally, no one does, so it's nice to see fiction that keeps her in character and not channeling the writer's hate for her by being annoying.

Vaan is just adorable. He seems so much like the type of person who'd never want to let go of their childhood crush and current lover, even after being molested by a sexy sky pirate. :3

Now, Balthier... Balthier, Balthier, Balthier... HE IS AMAZING. You are the first person that I've ever seen, so to speak, that can portray our resident sky pirate exactly the way he should be.

Oh, please keep writing! This fic is so addictive, it's like my own personal fix!

I didn't expect to like this fic so much, since I'm not that engrossed in the fandom. But.. you've got the characterization down pat, and I'm dying to know what happens next. >_<; Vaan's righteousness and rashness is really endearing, especially when Balthier's trying to make him see sense (or trying to jog his memory <3). You do a good job of getting the audience to empathize with most of the characters, with their faults and mistakes. So overall... I love the fic.

Can't wait for the next chapter~

I feel sort of sorry for Vaan, but... at the same time, Larsa. He is irresistible, no? And he has advantages Vaan just *doesn't*, such as lifetimes experience in being charming. (cuddles Vaan) But at least he gets Balthier, yes? (I'm sure Vaan thinks otherwise)

I love how blunt Balthier is with him. It's very much like him. :D Actually, both of them were both incredibly in-character. Poor Vaan needs to be smacked with a clue stick, and Balthier works part-time as one, clearly.

And then the bath scene. (sighs happily) Pure snarky love. So very much win. I can't wait to see how this pans out. :D
