I think I know one reason that Optimus sent Ironhide. Ironhide must have been getting irritating from going thru a 'Blowing Things Up' withdrawal.

Great oneshot by the way! Even I find things exploding cool, and it doesn't even have to be bad guys, but they do add to the lulz you get while doing it though.

Fantastic story for a one shot. Kind of wants me to read more of the interaction between these characters. Any chance of more stories or a longer story where this story fits in?

Awesomest story EVER. I could picture this in my head perfectly. Sheppard and Lennox would SO have a casual conversation while things are exploding in the background. And Ironhide would absolutely love the Pegasus galaxy. So much crap to blow up there. :P WRITE MORE!
