I was a little confused in this chapter when Edward was remembering James, then he went upstairs to bed with Bella...but then they were coming in the front door at midnight and the phone was ringing. Did I read that right?

Oh goodness! So many lose ends - very intriguing. Right now, it feels very unsatisfying because I want to know more! I'm glad they're both alive, but I can totally believe Edward letting the guilt of what he may or may not have done to the attackers eat away at him and their relationship, even though he was just trying to protect Bella.

I do hope you get around to tying everything up eventually!
