Disturbing, but eerily apt, because you're right. For the most part, Kabuto displays little to no emotion when things like that go on in front of him. The closest I've ever seen him come to having an emotional outburst was right before Sasuke showed up at Otogakure and Kabuto was trying to convince Orochimaru to take another body.

It's...shocking. But yeah, I suppose Kabuto could be a robot. So I like it.

I loved it. The writing was beautiful, as usual. It was dark and chilling, and also surprising. I never expected Kabuto was a robot, but it was a very unique idea and it actually seems to fit him. I also never expected the twist at the end, for Orochimaru to destroy him because he was coming to like him too much when he wasn't actually human. A very fascinating, original story, nice work. ^_^

I can only read your stories ocasionally. They're too intese, I have to digest one of your dramas to move onto the next one. (This is compliment, by the way)

This is the first time I actually feel depressed for Kabuto's misfourtune. I don't really like him as a character, but here he seemed so...tragic. So beautiful. The funniest thing of this is that Kabuto didn't even look OOC.

Orochimaru, however, looked incredibly human. Even though he killed Kabuto in the end, the man still looked too human doing that. But, Orochimaru and Kabuto do have a special relashionship in the manga, and it's kinda cute to look things that way.

Hey it's Amanda, (from the huge xmas party). Great story! I never would have thought to portray Kabuto and Orochimaru like that, it was an interesting way to do so. I liked how you made little points to show Kabuto (might) have a personality even though he's an android; it sort of reminded me of Bicentenial Man or A.I.

Wow, that was such a haunting scene. Beautifully written. Orochimaru's sort-of confession in the middle where he thinks 'does he know he's not going home tonight' changes the tone of the story from bearing a sense of frustration and almost desperation of 'wrong' love to a steely conviction of resignment. I loved it, I honestly did.

And you ended it beautifully as well.
