Oh, unfair! Spike my curiosity and then, denied I desperately want to know what happened to Peter. That question better be answered in the series at some point of time. Lol, but really, great fic. I like the relationship between Olivia and Peter; you can see where there may be romance, but it's subtle. Very good story, and highly enjoyable! ^_^

I liked this, the way you have the emotional impact of any such revelation of Peter's "medical history" without actually speculating on what it might be. The tone of this story was perfect for that.

I agree with the other posters that it's just a tantalizing appetizer to what will probably be some excellent fanfic. I'm going to make one small correction of an otherwise perfect story. "Loathe" means to hate; "loath" means reluctant. She is actually loath to break his peace, although she may loathe doing it.

I have a feeling we'll all be exploring the 'medical history' topic for some time, but what you did with it was perfect. You didn't give us a fanfic version of an answer, but rather let us see an impact without the full knowledge. That keeps the mystery going while giving us so much to think about. The agonizing Olivia does here has just the right tension and her decision fits what we know of her thus far. All around, lovely!
