Huh! I just read this yesterday when you posted in the AsuKure LJ community with a link to it in your LJ. Reading it made me want to brave this site again in a search for more AsuKure, and this was the first story to pop up in the search. Small world! XD

But if it's worth saying, it's worth saying twice; this is beautiful. I love the way it flows, it's a wonderful little moment and, despite what little we know of the pair from what canon gives us (especially where Kurenai is concerned), they seem to me to be wonderfully in character. It is so hard to find good AsuKure fanfic (and even harder when you're picky about fanfic in general, like I am!), so it usually makes my week when I DO find one.
