You know, there was something about the beginning of this story that seemed familiar, though I didn't place it until Raoul recognized him as a '66 'Vette. Then "Riding with Private Malone" started playing in my head. lol The name didn't tip me off at all.

This fic was extremely beautiful, well-written, adorable, and believable. The only issue I have - and I can't decide if I love or hate it - is the way you described Raoul as getting his name. It's much easier if you spell it as Raul, which is a still-commonly-used Hispanic name. And though a nationality is never really given, I'd say Raul looks either Hispanic or Native American in his two appearances in the G1 cartoon. Just throwing that out there. Anyway, really well done on the story!

*laughs* I was just thinking a couple of days ago of what a movie-verse Tracks and Raoul story would be like...and here's one now! It looks like it's just gonna be a one shot, but I still likes it. I kinda wish there was more friendly arguing back-and-forth between Raoul and Tracks that made them so appealing in G1 though.

I really enjoyed this story. The way that Tracks and Raoul met was genius (instant messaging each other . . . hehe) and Tracks actions as a car were funny. I'd get rid of those dice each and every time too!

Very well written, very enjoyable, and going straight to my favs. Two thumbs up!
