The present-tense narrative is really chilling; it's almost like the reader is right there with Novak as she's turning into The Punisher. This is going straight on my Favorites list. Well done!

I absolutely loved that. Your ability to get in character is stunning. I wish the SVU gives us one, even if brief, glimpse into Casey's life now that she's been disbarred. If they did, this would be an amazing way to do it. Great job! :)

Very nice indeed.

A very interesting story told in a frank manner that leaves nothing to the imagination. Though in third person, it gives a very intimate portrait of Casey as she experiences various emotions and situations that the show's writers have not depicted.

Keep up the good work in your subsequent stories.

That threw me for a loop - big time. Once I got over my semi-shock, I'm able to say, nice connection.

Two stand out things: the last lines and the tense you used. Again, just generally nice work.

I don't think I've seen anything yet that explores exactly what Casey did after the events in "Cold", but I can see everything happening really clearly. You did a wonderful job with this.
