Okay, one question...What exactly do the Defilers resemble? I know through reading that they have black scales, but could you put more description into them? Obviously, they aren't really individuals like Po turned out to be, but rather act based on instinct. I would like to know more about these Guardians, too.

Ungh…it’s been long that I’ve ever given a review for you. I hope that I don’t break your heart over this. I’m an honest kitty and will always be. Furthermore, sugar coating things just isn’t my bag at all. For starters, I actually quite confused with the scene changing. First, it was a third person view; next, it’s a first person view. It went from some tiger, boar and others fighting over the defilers, then, all of a sudden, the scene changes to ‘I’… O.o? It was confusing at first but after reading it on a few times, I understood that the ‘I’ is actually Po telling the story. But it was quite jarring at first. I was totally lost at first but I guess my mind came back to reality later on.

Um… I kinda forgot where the story actually left off and when I found out where you’ve stopped this production, Tai Lung is actually in prison, and… like you said in the foreword above, he’s a little AU. Heck, NO! It’s not little, it’s a lot! Him! Calling Po master!! *faints*… What dimension have I stepped into?! Well, pretty much well done from the start till the end. Not to mention the confusing as well with Ghost. Huh… I guess the little panda bear owes Ghost a lot of stuff and he has repented. Though I knew all the while that the panda was Po, but I didn’t know that Po was created from pure energy… I guess it’s something else… (How the hell can you NOT beat Metaller with GHOST!!?)

I love the overwhelming description that you’ve done. It’s always lovely and you do not disappoint me with it. Like I said in your previous stories (poker), it’s well detailed. This, is nothing different. Don’t ever change it! LOL! Ghost seems to have lots of connection here and there with Po, not to mention him being the servant for Master Ghost. Po is, was, forever will be the earth element. I just can’t see him being other elements… Water? Sky? Fire, perhaps.

Hey, now, I wonder how Ghost is since you’ve finally made him more real in this chapter. I know that we all saw how Ghost looks like in wolf form in your previous chapter but maybe you can make him more into character by helping them every now and then? Right now, I have no idea where Po is going. He left the palace, came to retrieve Tai Lung, then what? I’m extremely curious right now. Where is he going…

Oh yeah, one more thing. Potential… Potential…. The first two letters, Po. Hey, that’s originality! Never thought about that at all till now. Great thinking! A bond is formed between snow leopard and panda, where are they heading to now? I wished you’ll update later. ^.^

And Luna was right, the mystical routue for the story is much more easier for people to understand.

The fight scenes were, in a word, flawless! A reader can instantly imagine the movements and the background, inabling them to visit it.

Like you say, Tai was kinda out of character but as you said, you'll get him back to his stubborn ass self again. XD

And that reminds me, You say I captured Ghost perfectly, now it's the other way round! Loki was so cute here! And I can just see her getting into her "mood" XD Beware Defilers! It's not guardians you have to worry about, It's the "D" word!

Ah, a little sort of 'bonding' moment between Po and Tai Lung.. Okay, well not really, but 'tis good nonetheless.

But overall, this chapter was great! An overwhelming amount of detail is always (I wish I could underline that) a good thing, especially the way you write it. I enjoyed the cutaway scenes concerning flashbacks and whatnot.. To me, it was well-rounded and very nicely composed.

Great work, and here's to Chapter Six!

OMG. What was that? I couldn't leave my seat all the time of reading. I'm sensing a great mystery here, which is a one of my favourite genres. The beginning with Po reminded me about one dark character of FSN universe.

This has to be one of the best Kung Fu Panda stories ever. The only thing that really bothered me was the mention of modern machines and technology in ancient China. For the pairing...PoxTigress, no doubt about it. Please, update soon! The wonder about what's going to happen next is killing me.

Hon, I swear if you don't update this story soon I'm gonna friggin' cry! Because this story is too amazing and too well written for you to stop. :o) And I don't care who is OOC! lol You seem to know what you are doing. Besides, if I understand this correctly, you are saying that how Po acted in the movie (innocent, happy-go-lucky, etc.) was to some extent a "coverup" for who he truely was/is or even that it was his way of trying to forget who he was/is. I think that is a fantastically interesting concept and I want to see what happens. So unleash your imagination because it is your story and you are a good writer.

P.S. I am pulling for Po and Tigress, but that's just me. Again, it is your story! lol

My vote is on Po and Tigress! Their story would be more interesting than the others, especially in the direction you are going with the story on a whole.

Okay, so I can finally see which direction the plot is heading, and I have to say I really like it.. The OC character development so far is also very intriguing, one of my personal favorites being little Soone (I have a soft spot for messengers). I have read your other preceding chapters and am genuinely interested to a great degree where this is headed.

You also have a wonderful writing style, something which is few and far between unfortunately. Character descriptions, giving details on emotion, setting, etc.. are all very nicely drafted. Now if you want my opinion on who it is that Tigress' heart should be ensnared by, it's of course Po. Seeing his recent 'changes' over the past few chapters really leaves a deep sense of 'what-if?' between the two, considering the fact that Tigress (at least in my thoughts) would be looking for a man with those kinds of traits... I don't know, but Tai Lung would definitely not work in the context of this story, and since I'm not a huge fan of Monkey (other than the fact he was voiced by Jackie Chan), that leaves only one option in my mind.

But, at any rate, excellent work and I hope to see more updates from you sooner than later!

This chapter is so compelling and powerful! The description was great and very detailed. Everything from the upper torso to the tip of the tail of every character. You have beautifully craved a big scene in the prison with everything in it. How dark and solemn it is, how treachrous and full of bandits and criminals who knows no mercy. Though I do believe that Tai Lung have mercy over things. That's just me.

I don't want to jump into any conclusion I'm thinking that Po is coming or become into a OOC character. I just making a huge and wild guess cause of his natural physique and everything. Po is natural as he is and that what makes him good enough. The powers he had was all okay but making him slimmer and losing fat? Lost of power perhaps on his natural state. Remember, Po won Tai Lung cause of his physique. I'm just telling.

As for the pairings, I would really really prefer Tai/Po friendship but it's your story. If you want to put it a different pairing than the other one, maybe Tai/Tigress perhaps? I'm just giving my own personnal opinion about pairings. Keep in mind about some things but overall, I love it. If you did make a Tai/Po story, you'll be welcome into Tai/Po community and I know that a few poeple here will be happy to see it.

I'm telling you now, this is terrific! Honest! The scenes are well visulisted and it keeps you on the edge of your seat until you fall off. XD

It's an interesting polt idea and I look forward to reading more!

P.S: About the pairing idea, well I'm going toward a PoXTigeress pairing but that's just me XD
