This is frigging bizarre and inexpressibly entertaining. Thanks for the good read. I admit that I'm torn on whether to favorite it...it's not the type of story that I think I'll want to reread for fun(I'm all about the mindless, light fantasy, thanks. Anything that wanders towards reality I avoid. Yes, I know that makes me an escapist bubblehead.) On the other hand, this is extremely original and excellently done, and I can see myself rereading it to admire the technical sophistication. So...guess I'm faving it, but anyone who looks through my fav list will be seriously bemused at how this got in there. (I'm hoping you take that as a compliment, incidentally.)

Firefly, you are a GOD. your works make me laugh out loud, something many other fanfics dont, and they make me want to cry and squee with happiness at the same time. I find one thing you're really talented with is portraying people's stress, grief and inner conflictions. I need to learn from you, becuase the fanfics i write involve a lot of the same thing, but i find it slightly difficult getting so much detail down without it seeming confusing. You have a way of subtly bringing together characters even though in the actual series they would never even talk to each other, and one thing i love about your stories is how the relationships, no matter how close, never become romantic, but rather completely opposite or recipricol to that. I guess im really thinking of Quotidian here, because i simply ADORED the way you flipped Temari and Hidan's relationship into one of obsessive hate. It was kind of nice seeing them get closer in this particular story, and although i love the couple, i appreciate that you can still keep them in character and keep them from actually getting together. I also really enjoyed how you subtly mentioned some of the other characters in the story, like Kakuzu and Itachi and Deidara. Makes the world of Naruto seem closer to ours, when you actually picture them in a 2009 kind of situation.
Anyways! Look at me being all fanatical. I'm the same person who commented on that fanart of Quotidian on Deviant Art, when i pointed out the psuedo-sexual relationship of the story, the one that you commented back. Don't know if you remember me, i imagine you get reviews like crazy. Just wanted to tell you how amazing i think your stuff is, and please don't stop writing! You're my favorite author!

Now that was a tearworthy story. I read all of your stuff and it's fuckin amazing, but this one wins the gold. If there was an award, I would hand it over right. this. second. I can't really explain how the story made me cry, or how I felt when I read it, but I can tell you that I am so, so thankful that you spend the time to write it out. This story reminds me of someone I know, and I think, if they had read it, they would have been laughing and crying right along with me. Thank you.

WAH! It's over!! I loved this story from the very beginning. I love your style of writing, and I think you got the feelings of the characters perfect! What a great title :) And what an odd pairing...this is certainly something different...I loved it! I could talk about the easy to read writing style or the flawless grammar, but I'd rather talk about the story line. It was unique, which I liked, and I appreciated that Temari did fling herself into Hidan's arms when they first met. I also liked the fact that there was a semi-believable story line, which is more than I can say for the majority of the Naruto fandom :) I look forward to more of your writing - thank you for making the last couple hours of my life enjoyable! :D

Seriously, this has to be one of the BESTEST stories ever! I love how the whole thing unravelled, your incredibly awesome style of writing and...wow. Just, wow.
