Excellent characterization; I absolutely believe that's how the characters would react in this situation. I especially like how well you write Booth, and I loved this line:

"God only knew, he thought, how two people managed to drum up so much angst and drama between them, but they were aces at it. Certified, pin-the-blue-ribbon-on-them champions."

Of course they will figure it out! They're B&B and they always figure it out! :-)

Wow, that was beautifully written! You have a way with words that makes this story very unique! I am waiting in anticipation to read the next chapter.

There are quite a few "Brennan gets pregnant" stories out there, but I don't think I've read one like this. The others are usually kind of OOC, or have them happy after a matter of days. But I don't think Brennan would be like that. I think that, realistically, she would be opposed to the idea for a while. That doesn't mean that she'd change her mind about things, but it takes Brennan a while to process and evaluate the evidence.

Anyway, a great job thus far and I definitely look forward to more.

Ha, Nothing is easy with them, is it? It never will be either, they are just too different. They have such wonderful chemistry though, it's great. Awesome job with the flashback, very well written!
