I loved this story and looked forward so much to every update. I really do love the bond between Dean and Rowan. You write them so well and they just seem to click like two pieces of a puzzle.
I was sad to see this one ending but so happy to see you had two more stories coming up.
And then tonight I checked my in box and there was the first chapter of your next story. I will go read it now and Thank You again when I have finished it.

man, rowan...shame shame shame... i think the brothers plot is actually really fastenating so far...

yah i know what it's like to be dying to write a story that requires other stories to really get there. currently, i'm dying to write two or three stories ahead on a series i just started writing. but the problem is, none of the characters accept 1 have came in that need to be there...so congrats on finally reaching the story you wanted to reach!

well, B I think this story is awesome as you know...I just wanted to say in response to Haley's review that while i get that you don't like Michael or the way he treats Dean it is entirely realistic. Michael is an angel of the lord...an archangel at that do you really think that he would coddle Dean? Do you think that he would overlook the fact that Dean by selling his soul committed one of the biggest sins there is? Selling your soul is like committing suicide no matter what the motivation it is a one way ticket to Hell. Whether Dean believed in God or a higher power at the time is irrelevant.

Also, think about it...If like you said Dean was raised by a bully (which I don't totally agree with...John was harsh at times yes but he was doing what he thought was best for his boys) then do you really think Dean would respond to touchy feely coddling by Michael?

Michael is completly validated in his contempt for...He is an angel and for them it is all about black and white, right snd wrong...there is no shade of gray. He is also smart and knows how to get Dean to do what Dean needs to be doing. And Dean is responding the way he is because he knows that what he did wasn't right...the reasoning, saving Sam was right, but he really just left Sam to fend for himself...which isn't much better if you think about it and I think that Dean has. I believe that Dean regretted his deal almost immediately...not because he didn't want his brother back, but because of the repercussion he never took the time to comsider.

Anyhow, that's my piece...i believe that Bambers has a great handle on ALL the characters in this series and is writing them both believable and beautifully!

Oh and you must ReALLY be hating most of the angels on the show too cuz none of them are coddling Dean either.

I have enjoyed this series very much and read each one but one aspect of it has always been an irritant. Micheal's condescending attitude towards Dean. He is positively cruel. In this chapter Dean speakes up in defence of Rowan and Michael strikes out at Dean for selling his soul saying he wasn't going to pity Dean. Dean wasn't asking for pity, hasn't throughtout the entire series so what's Micheal's problem? Micheal goes so far as to say Dean soled it for the cheepest price possible. His brother's live is the cheepest price possible? Micheal could try remembering Dean didn't believe in God or heaven so as far as he knew he wasn't slapping anyone in the face. There was the added point that if the demon could give Sam to Dean than that if a demon could get to Sam then he was not safe and Dean would feel he had to do something to protect his brother. Michael's complete inability to see anything but the 'sin' is it's self a sin. Micheal should really read the Bible. He'd find it inlightning. The condemnation of a person for a mistake motivated by love, without consideration of the individuals vertues goes against everything Jesus preached and it's about time someone threw that in the sanctimoneous, selfrighteous, condecending, Angel's face. It's also time Dean started acting like himself. Why is he letting this guy slap him down at every turn, it's not a Dean like thing to do. He let Micheal reffer to Sam's life as the 'cheapest price possible'. Unthinkable! Who is this guy and what has he done with Dean Winchester?

Waiting for the next chapter and hoping Micheal gets his. If there's a 'your cruelty made me a better person' type of scene coming up between Dean and Michael I will scream and cry in outrage for this story I have so enjoyed will be unforgivably stained.

Anyone who knows about psychology or has lived through it can tell you critasizim teaches you to condem either yourself or others, and brutality teaches you to bully. Michael is a bully constantly condemning Dean and Lord knows being raised by a bully has already given Dean a serious case of self hate. What he neads is some love and aproval not more of the same.

poor rowan. he's gonna try to kill himself, isn't he? now he'll get dean's amulet and use it to kill himself...

Another excellent chapter...that introduced a new evil. I was disheartened at first when you mentioned the story was on its final parts. But the "story" doesn't really end...it just journeys onto another title.
So Rowan will get Dean's amulet on his own...but will he die? I don't think so. At least not for quite awhile. Dean may seem selfish to Rowan but I think his thoughts and feelings go far beyond his need for Rowan's help and knowledge. Aside from his brother Rowan is probably the only person he has viewed as a best friend. Bobby is more of a beloved father figure. But Rowan is a friend and Dean really does not have many of those (although I am out here; he just doesn't know it).
I look forward to the second part of the chapter and then I -greedily and selfishly- hope that the next story will not be far behind.

love this story so much. so bobby's the archangel, huh? i suppose it makes a lot of sense. he always seems to know a lot and helps the boys out all the time. plus he gave sam the amulet, which in effect means he gave dean gaurdianship.

i admit, jay finally reuniting with his chipmunk when he was all better just put a smile on my face. jay bird is so damn cute and i love that alvin and the chipmunks are going to watch spongue bob with him.

meanwhile, off camera, i'm sure collin's still flipping out. so if dean is better without the amulet, does he need it right away still?

god, there aren't many more chapters left here are there? that makes me feel bad. i really love this story. i also love how unknowingly, you set up simular systems to the show.

First, I am grateful for the new chapter. I have missed this story. Second, I know that Dean is not dead. I really do like how much Rowan cares for him. I patiently await the 13th chapter. Thank you.

Dean can not be dead, he's going through some sort of metamorphosis. This can not be a death fic but if he must spend time in Hell make it short miner soul scaring stretches please.

Jax lost the amulit, I find that suspicious. How badly does Jason want to be Joshua's guardian?

I'm confused help; the second last line implies the voice saying "O ye of little faith" came from Bobby because Rowan turned to look at him. The flash of light and Rowen's statment "Uriel?" (Rowen said it yes?) suggests Bobby transformed into Uriel. Was Uriel masquerading as Bobby all along or for only Rowan's return? In either case where's Bobby?

You will be clarifying whether or not the hollow feeling in Rowan's chest is a side affect (positive or negative) of giving Dean his heart or his heartbreaking over Dean's death.

My mind's spinning madly with speculation. Next chapter and soon please before it combusts.

not the same uriel from the show hopefully. or i might have to come in there and slaughter his ** again. threatening sammy's life then turning around and becoming lucifer's play toy...er

anyways, i really loved the whole father/son meeting. i would love it even more if he happened to stumble in while uriel is there lol. god. biggest shock of collin's life. someone who is half of who he is.

you almost had me crying there while dean was dying. god that would have been great. me crying in the middle of my high school imc. lol

i just am addicted to this story. the moment i opened my yahoo to check for reviews on my story and saw a story had updated, i hadn't been so sure i'd go out of my way to read it. but blood bonds, hell yes. and don't worry bout the whole deal with you not updating forever. i promised my readers i'd finish the story on its birthday and then proceeded to not publish one chapter for like two months. granted it was a hard chapter to write as i really had no idea how, but still.
