Very well written and intriguing. Just one thing- Why is The Cheat human!? And why does Strong Sad have hair? And why do Homestar, the KOT and Marzipan have ARMS!?? No offense or anything, it's just strange to me to see the characters drawn/written that way when I'm so used to the real versions.

HAHA YES! Hooray for new chapter of Fences! Okay, so I had already read it on Livejournal, but still awesome. I am completely and utterly jealous at how well you keep them in character. Strong Bad, Homestar, and of course The Cheat, I would expect them to act like this! Plus I like how you're slowly introducing the romance between Strong Bad and Homestar. It's not like most stories that the romance seems to pop out of nowhere (coughmystorycough).

Dispite you saying in the first chapter that they are humanised, I can actually see the story taking place in their original forms. :)

I've never understood why people want to humanise the characters at any rate, the whole reason I like the show is because it /isnt/ another band of anime teenagers...

Anyway, I'm REALLY enjoying the story so far. The characterizations are great! I hope Homestar gets better... Then again, of course he's going to get better, how else is he going to get together with Strong Bad :D.

Oh wow, I hardly ever read fanfiction anymore, but this totally recaptured my interest.
For one, I love how you write.
And two, I love the story so far.

They all stayed in character too, which makes me smile. :>
I just love how much of a douche Strong Bad is. xD

Agh! That was awesome, Musa...but dammit, Strong Bad, why ya gotta be such a jerk?! Poor Homestar. It'd be funny if Trent eventually ends up breaking up with Marzipan on-camera, serves her right. I like the originality, and your characterizations are spot-on, so don't worry about that. I can't wait until the HR/SB moments start.
