Okay, very sad, but quite well handled, especially Emma's innocent questions.

But though Rachel may make such vows, she probably won't be able to keep them and it wouldn't be healthy for her to try - and if he was any kind of man (which he is) he wouldn't expect it. She can remember Ross without having to put him in a shrine for her to worship. It will not make her a better mother to shut herself off like that, for maybe 50 years or more. She would very likely develop an unhealthy obsession with her children, which would not do them any good either.

Sorry, but there is a point at which this kind of romantic stuff does need questioning.
