This was sweet and simple. I really liked this little entry into Esme's thoughts. I love the idea of her helping out at shelters and donating and Carlisle helping as well. I think the last sentence very much was Esme.

It is little life snippets like this that make characters so wonderful. I can never tell you enough how much and how well you capture Esme.

And that is a very nice way of explaining what they did with the food cause I thought that was a bit wasteful what with world hunger etc. So all in all this warrants a favourite story box ticking!

I love it! I think this could be filled out nicely to make at least a short story! I love stories based on Esme's character and there are very few of those. Although, I must say, I had to read this just because of your lovely little description of it. I had to laugh and check it out.
