This is beautiful. This is the quintessential Blade. If you had to distill Blade down to a single chapter, this would be it. I like his thoughts on the Amateurs, as he calls them. It's really funny how much he hates King, he's worse than Michael.

So in your story Blood Trust, have Blade do what he does best.

I love the idea of Blade and Underworld crossover but...I'm tired of making Blade so blasted invincible but I can deal with that what I really hate is that they made him a cruel heartless dick, say we exterminate the vampires then what huh you think the human race isn't going to have all its wars that we become some fairy tale happily ever after NO we are stupid and weak and do far worse to each other for much dumber reasons at least vamps do what they do for survival what the F is our excuse anyway is life what you call what we have plese a few decades on earth that isn't good enough for me I say human life is a joke. Another thing they made the bad guys so cool I'd like to see them again Drake and those vamps who woke him up, the Blood Pack, maybe Frost as La Magra but loyal to purebloods and maybe the same with Van Sciver from the tv series. Also from Underworld what I wanted was Singe and Lucian and Raze (and Pierce and Taylor) and Khan with Selene and Michael and Marcus maybe give William back human control unite the Vampires and Lycans or at least make peace. The way humanity keeps destroying the earth maybe some species should replace us Gaia's wrath you know to save the earth humanity must be brought down or severe decrease in numbers or the earth will die and so will we
