whee..I loved it! Odd couplings rock and this has really turned out to be one of my favorite stories on such. Alot of the fanfics on are becoming notorious for their bad grammar etc., but yours is simply wonderful-the dialogue, the emotions, the style of writing, and the characterizations (great way to portray Irvine..if he wasn't already my fav. character, after reading this, he certainly would be Such a moving piece of writing too! *sniffle.* This is what all romance fics should be.:D

This was great. Up to your usual standards (way, way up there), and a great read. Please, please write more Cid and Irvine stuff. I want to find out how in the world they're gonna reconcile. If you're going to do a Squall and Laguna, please make it different from all the other ones. I see too many stories where Laguna reveals that he's Squall's father, Squall gets mad, they do a little reasoning, and everything's happy and lovey-dovey in the end. At any rate, I want more.
