Holy... This actualy updated. Last time I read this, I thought that this was a dead fic. Boy, I am glad I am wrong.

The chapter was awesome, the Ronixis Flashback was well done, and brought me a smile to my face as I remembered SO1. The best part though was the massive resignation, it was simply too beutiful.

So please continue, and I hope that you continue this fic.

That was lovely. Well written and brisk and very realistic, I can't stop reading until I finished the lastest chapter. My eyes are tired now! XD
The Ronixis flashback fits well. It made sense, I thought Iria had caught on to Claude's guilt over his dead men, but it's much more satisfying this way. And you brought up Ronixis in ways that aren't jarring. I didn't like the way he was disposed of like so much useless garbage in SO2 and it makes me happy that he's still around in your story.

Just finished chapter one, and I have to say... This fic is godly and masterfully written. Easily one of the best I've read on . Easily. (I can only think it's a pity SO2 doesn't have a massive fanbase. It certainly deserves much more attention and hundreds more than four reviews.)
You're very skilled in the science fiction genre, something I admire. It's easy for me to be drawn into almost any type of story, but SF has always been a favourite of mine. Unfortunately, I lack the skills to write it myself, and many of the more amateur authors seem to be lacking somehow. I feel like I'm reading a genuine SF novel going through this story, though. It doesn't feel fic-ish or amateur at all.
I'm incredibly eager to read the next few chapters and hope to see some updates soon. If I didn't have work in the morning, I'd finish it all up now. As is, I'm trying to console my curiosity with promises of more to read tomorrow. (Shouldn't eat a whole cake in one serving, or something like that. No matter how delicious and wonderful it is.)

Again, wonderful story! I'm excited for more!

Out of all of the stories on Star Ocean that I've read so far, I'm happy to say that this is definitely my favorite. Your writing style is engaging and you have the best feel for these characters that I've ever read. It's refreshing to read how well you take these characters, mature them, and then build off of that in an entirely believable way. Please, keep up the good work, and I'll be sure to keep reading.

The writing style is clear and understandable. Should have figured out the pairing but I needed to remember the plot of Blue Sphere first.

It all seems pretty good so far- granted I've only had time to quickly skim through what's there.

There's not much I can really say right now that wouldn't show my bias towards anything that I can read without seeing "Ashton" and "useless" or "weak" in the same sentence.

What I can say is, that to this point, the characters seem to be portrayed well enough, and that I hope you get the opportunity to put more work into this piece than I've been allowed to on my own projects as of late. I'm looking forward to what happens next. Good luck carrying on.
