Well I liked it, no doubts. It just needs something more with Itachi's part I think. Cause Sakura wouldn't just heal the enemy. Something like "That's when she decided", just before she commands him to sit down. Maybe even tell us a bit how she doesn't like to see people wounded.
Meh, just my oppinion. I like it anyway
