just the idea of the chaos that minato and recca are sure to cause makes me smile, interesting way to describe mcgonagall, now i'm wondering what recca's description of snape will be, and i'm rather curious as to what recca did to make the ghosts so freaked out by him, random thing, hogwarts has been around for a thousand years and the cups and plates for probably as long, they might be lead with gold plating to make them safer to eat off of and eventually people forgot they were gold plated for safety and they're just gold to impress people, plus in a society where a philosopher's stone can be created i don't think that gold is really all that costly
i had never really thought of the hat as a rapist, irritating for promoting stereotypes and for various other undefined reasons but a rapist? very glad that the hat's actual abilities were clarified a bit and that in this fic at least its not as invasive as recca first assumed

yay! so glad that recca has his friends and hotaru is adorable, glad that she's in this story and glad that she's hermione's sister, it always rather bugged me that hermione didn't have a female friend she could actually relate to and be understood by and while sisters aren't always the nicest to each other i can't really picture hotaru and hermione having anything other than a great relationship, very happy that hermione's on recca's 'to protect' list, i can't remember exactly but was hotaru a ninja? and if so, did she teach hermione any particular tricks? or will she be able to pick up some tricks from recca and minato? or has she learned anything from mikan? i ask the last question since mikan referred to hotaru rather familiarily and it would make sense that hermione knows and is friends with her sisters friends and i can't see someone as curious as her not wanting to learn something new, loved that hotaru slapped recca with a trout, i'm not sure why i find it funny but for some reason it's hilarious
so minato's a weasley? interesting, the changes he may have made within the weasley family dynamics should be good, is ron still there or was minato born in his place the way recca took harry's place?
