While I did add this story to my favorite's list entirely by accident, this definitely is an interesting (if confusing) story. Is Octopus supposed to be disguised as Snake and ended up accidentally taking in Snake's memories to make himself think he really is Snake?

And that thing about blood at the end. Is that a reference to The Last Days of FOXHOUND like Marie Nomad suggested? If so, awesome. :P

Do you plan to write more to this, or is it a one-shot?

Twisted. Octopus was an interesting character that we never really got to meet. Too bad he drops dead 10 minutes after 'meeting' him.
